To support their next phase of growth, Dazze led a series of strategy and marketing workshops to understand APOC’s goals, customer journeys, and opportunities for automation and personalisation.

Working within Klaviyo and guided by APOC’s visual identity, we designed a modular set of email templates and built a suite of behaviour-based automations – including Welcome, Abandoned Checkout, Abandoned Browse, and Win-Back flows.

The result: a high-performing email ecosystem that drives engagement, improves conversion, and supports long-term customer retention – with standout metrics across both open rates and average order values.
