All Phoria pieces are designed by founder Charlotte in her London-based studio and handmade ethically by craftsmen in Thailand using sustainable materials.

Charlotte had a clear vision when she approached us, so we worked tightly together to bring her brand to life. We enhanced the shopping and editorial pages with video content, created diverse category templates, and integrated key third-party solutions. These include Klaviyo for data-driven marketing automation, DHL and Royal Mail for global logistics, and Klarna as a payment gateway.

As of May 2025, Phoria replatformed to Shopify with a new development partner. The design showcased below remains our original work.

Footer imagery dynamically changes based on the category you are viewing, linking directly to the product in shot.

Their ability to work around any obstacles, whether design or development, would always come up with a solution for me that would fit my needs. The design started in my head, and they made my vision come to life completely.
