Booqable is a rental software solution used by thousands of businesses worldwide to manage products, availability, and checkout. For The Furniture Rental Company, we integrated Booqable directly into their new WordPress website using shortcodes, ensuring the checkout flow is handled entirely within Booqable.
To create a seamless experience, we customised the product catalog with responsive grid layouts, applied The Furniture Rental Company’s branding through CSS, and highlighted a curated selection of “hand-picked essentials” via product tags. This meant that, instead of looking like a third-party bolt-on, the integration feels like a natural part of the website, delivering a modern, branded rental journey from browsing to checkout.

Marketing
To streamline marketing efforts, we integrated all contact, subscribe, and catalogue request forms (built with WPForms) directly into Mailchimp. Each submission now syncs in real-time, with automatic tagging based on the form completed, whether it’s a general enquiry or a catalogue request.
This setup saves The Furniture Rental Company valuable time by removing the need for manual exports and imports, while also giving them the ability to segment their audience for targeted campaigns.
