Kokoon Silks had a slow, outdated website and struggled to keep up with the ever evolving digital world of eCommerce.
The goal was to revive Kokoon and bring the magic behind indulgent silk apparel to a modern customer.
Kokoon Silks prides itself on taking immaculate care of every step throughout the production processes. We designed a shopping experience that translates the brand’s passion for quality and grants each silk piece the spotlight it deserves.
Social
By enlisting real-life women we managed to organically grow Instagram following from 80 to over +3,000 in the space of 6 months. Our main focus was relatable content, allowing potential customers to imagine ways of styling and wearing Kokoon silk pieces.
Photography
To capture the quality of Kokoon’s silk pieces, we directed and styled product photography using a controlled set-up. This ensured balance between new and pre-existing photography content, while providing an in depth look into each silk piece.
Results
Kokoon Silks launched with a staggering conversion rate increase of +178% and average load time improvement of +358% across all devices.
